Dr. Shokouhi believes in providing quality care and taking the time to intimately know her patients. Many of our patients and colleagues describe her as a knowlegeable clinician but admire her empathetic, down to earth personality.

She has been practicing medicine for over 10 years and spent three years specializing in family medicine. Her special interests include women and adolescents' health. She states, "Prevention of disease is the focus of my practice." Together, Dr. Shokouhi and her husband, Dr. F. "Paul" Alemzadeh, work side by side in their practice and together they offer the true essence of family medicine.

Dr .Shokouhi is a devoted wife and mother who enjoys spending her leisure time with her family and friends, walking on the beach and meditating.

Dr. Alemzadeh is a board certified Family Physician with a passion for practicing medicine. My emphasis is not only in the treatment of disease, but more importantly in its prevention. After fifteen years of practicing medicine I feel evermore privileged to be in this profession. I thrive to provide the best possible care to my patients and to treat them as I would my own family members, with respect and compassion.

During medical school I enjoyed learning from all aspects of medicine.  I decided to specialize in Family Medicine after spending a spiritual summer, providing healthcare and education, in a deprived area of a third world country.

I grew up in Orange County and I am committed to serving this community.
